Cyngerdd Caneuon y Ddaear | Songs of the Earth. Part of the gallery’s music series: Alys Mererid Roberts and Frederick Brown perform songs about how nature has inspired composers and poets — sunrise and sunset, distant forests seen from a mountaintop, clouds, wind, even the world through a cricket’s eyes.
The programme includes music by Schubert, Ravel and Debussy alongside Welsh composers Dilys Elwyn Edwards and Gareth Glyn.
