Entry to Rate the Cake 2026 is included with every llyn.live membership — Founder (£53/year), Standard (£89/year) and Full. There’s nothing extra to pay. Your pin on the map, your page in the directory, and your place on the ballot.
- Get on the map. Claim your listing if you’re already here, or add your business — both free.
- Become a member. Founder places are £53/year with the rate locked for as long as you stay. Only 529 of the 530 Founder places are left.
- Opt in from your dashboard. Under Competitions, tick “We make homemade cakes” and write a line about it. That line goes on your listing and next to your name on the ballot — make it make people hungry.
- Tell your regulars. Put the link on your counter, your socials and your QR code. The businesses that ask their customers to vote are the ones that win.
How the title is won
By votes, and only by votes. Membership gets you on the ballot — it can’t buy the title. One vote per person, locals and visitors decide, and a winner is only named once at least 10 votes are in. The winner gets the Rate the Cake 2026 title on their listing, a feature on llyn.live, and bragging rights until next year.
Voting closes 30 September 2026. One vote per person. The winner gets a feature on llyn.live and a badge on their listing.
