See QR Welcome as your guests see it

This is a live demo. Scan the code with your phone, or tap the button, and you’ll land on exactly what a guest sees when they scan the QR code in your hallway. It uses real weather, real tides and real local businesses, for a pretend cottage in Abersoch.

What your guests get

  • WiFi in one tap. The network and password with a copy button, so nobody texts you at 10pm.
  • Getting in, house notes, parking. Your words, updated from your phone whenever you like.
  • Today on the Llŷn. Live weather, wind, sunset, sea temperature and approximate tides for your property’s exact spot.
  • Your local recommendations. Pick up to eight places you’d send a friend, each with your own tip.
  • What’s on nearby and the independent local businesses closest to you.
  • Emergency page. Stopcock, fuse box, nearest defibrillator and A&E. Always open, never behind a password.

What you get

  • Your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars synced automatically, with cancellations handled.
  • A running count of nights let against the 182-night rule, with a weekly email summary.
  • Records ready for WRA registration and the Wales Visitor Levy, plus a CSV export for returns.
  • Certificate renewal reminders for insurance, gas safety and EICR.
  • A private QR code you print yourself. Change the page as often as you like — the code keeps working, and you can make a new one whenever you want.

£99 a year per property. It takes two minutes to sign up and there’s nothing to print.

Bwthyn Croeso is a demo, not a real holiday let. Businesses shown are real LLYN.LIVE listings and the recommendations are example tips. Tide times are modelled and approximate.
